This year during winter break we decided to make a trip to California and enjoy some of the attractions there. Our first full day there we went to Legoland. The boys absolutely loved it and Mom and Dad had fun too!

We took a boat ride that gave us a tour of different landmarks in the world. All of these are made out of Legos. Here is the Eiffel Tower.

The Weathers' boys got defeated in the fire truck race but they had fun!
Cole loved this ride. He got to drive his car around a track. He did great, even passing other kids and didn't get stuck once. Alot of the other kids were running into eachother or the side of the road. It was pretty hilarious to watch. This was right up Cole's alley!
Alex racing the "big kid" cars on a different track then Cole rode on. They had to observe traffic laws and signs and lights. Alex did run one stop light but no crashes. It gave mom and dad a glimpse into the teenage years. Yikes!

Even after a long and tiring day this boy still had the energy to put together a new set of Star Wars Legos. He took his birthday money and very wisely and carefully selected things he wanted on this trip. This was his first purchase and he came right back to the house and put it together. I wish I could have a fraction of his energy! 
Poor Greyson was all tuckered out. We drove home and I brought him in the house and he wouldn't wake up so I layed him on the couch. This is how the rest of us felt too!

It sounds like you guys had so much fun!!!! We'll have to remember Legoland when we decide to go on a family trip.
